Important Policy Notes
Key information about your membership and benefits.
1. Grace Period
After you register, a grace period applies before benefits for death from natural causes become available. Each registered person has their own, set by their own age:
- Under 70: 4-month grace period.
- 70 and above: 6-month grace period.
Benefits cannot be provided for a death from natural causes during the grace period, except for accidental death, which is covered from day one at every age.
On a membership covering several people there is no single date: each registered person's grace period is counted from your first contribution, using their own age.
2. Payments & Defaulting
Monthly contributions are due by the 10th of each month. A 30-day grace period is allowed for late payments. Failure to pay for 3 consecutive months will result in a default, and your benefits will be suspended.
Reinstating your membership may require resetting the grace periods. Please note that all contributions are non-refundable.
3. Add-On Services
Optional add-ons are available for special requests:
